Tutorial: Permanently Delete Call History On iPhone Recent List

Note: You should use iTunes, iCloud or other 3rd party tools to backup data on your iPhone first, because the deletion you're going to perform is permanent.

Part 1. Permanent Delete A Single or Selected Call History on iPhone

Step 1. Delete call log on your iPhone manually

Tap the Phone app icon on the home screen of your iPhone. In the new window, tap 'Edit'. And then, you're able to tap 'Clear' to delete the whole call history or just tap each read circle before each call to delete it respectively.
