What You Need:

Step 1. Manual delete the unwanted messages on your iPhone

Tap Messages app > tap Edit > tap the read circle, then you can remove the whole conversation from your iPhone. Or tap to open a conversation > tap on any message > tap 'More'. And then you can delete any message in this conversation you need. 


Step 2. Download and install the iPhone Data Eraser on your computer

            

After installation, run the program and connect your iPhone to PC via its USB cable, then your can see the primary interface as below picture.


Step 3. Choose the appropriate option to erase your messages

1. Erase Private Data: this option will permanently erase your browsing history, cookies, saved login info, App store and iTunes store search history, etc. It can help protect your privacy and security.

2. Erase Deleted Files: this option will only delete the data and settings on your device which have already been deleted, like text messages, pictures, videos, logs, etc. This is the best option to permanently delete iPhone text messages on your iPhone. Step 4. Privew and permanent erase the unwanted text messages

Messages folder has been selected in default if you go with Erase Deleted Files mode. Uncheck other items and click the "Erase Now" button to let the app start deleting text messages. Note: files on iTunes will also be automatically erased ensuring the data is also unrecoverable via iTunes.
